SB 294

March 12, 2026 - At the end of January, the district office distributed an email outlining SB 294, the Workplace Know Your Rights Act. The email sent by the district earlier this week requesting contact information in the event an employee is arrested or detained is a follow-up communication related to that law. Providing the requested information is optional and left to each individual employee’s discretion.
